Main Responsibilities: The role of a Microsoft Dynamics NAV Developer is vital to the success of all of Peracto Solutions Ltd technical projects.

Key to your responsibilities is therefore the management and scheduling development projects in adherence to strict deadlines, managing and training other developers on the team, as well as possible client training.
Developing a close relationship with the client and their team, you will also be expected to identify other areas of their business that could benefit from either other areas of our solution portfolio, or by developing the original project into additional chargeable work.

On a daily basis you may also participate in training and support as well as assist with pre sales activities as required.

Skills Required (Technical): You will be expected to demonstrate your recent experience and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV (and AX if relevant), as well as the ability to multi-manage projects and other team members.

You will need a keen eye for problem solving and manage your own time to ensure that all work undertaken is recorded accurately per project.

Accounting knowledge and Accounting experience is helpful for you to develop the solution around this, as is an understanding of networks would also be a distinct advantage.

Skills Required (Personal): This role is primarily can often become client facing, therefore you will need to be presentable, with excellent management, written and verbal communication and language skills, whilst being results driven and focused on the success and wellbeing of our clients and their projects.

In conjunction, we would want you to gel with our friendly team who are also tenacious, dedicated, with a flexible working approach (with the willingness to travel due to project demands).

Finally you will need the ability to manage some high profile client solutions, therefore be able to match your persona to your working environment.

Experience / Background: Considerable Microsoft Dynamics NAV product knowledge is essential as is C/Side .NET and SQL Database knowledge an advantage.

Knowledge in Arabic language is useful but not essential.

Educational Requirements: One or more of the following:

  • IT or Science graduate or equivalent
  • Industry recognised qualifications
